There is a $25 cancellation fee for every cancelled reservation. Reservations that are cancelled less than two weeks from the reservation date will not be refunded.  Please allow two to three weeks for your refund.

 Monthly RV Rates are $300.00 per month

 

These prices include water, sewer and electricity.

Full Hook-up Sites     30 AMP or 50 AMP Electrical Service available.

 

Our monthly guests have access to our newly remodeled laundry facility and shower house.

 

Long-term monthly guests have the opportunity to purchase propane at cost.  That means NO MARKUPS! 

If we pay $1.77 per gallon, you pay $1.77 per gallon.  Propane tanks will be provided at no charge and are filled every friday as needed.
