Cancellations - There is a $25 cancellation fee for every cancelled reservation. Reservations that are cancelled less than two weeks from the reservation date will not be refunded.  Please allow two to three weeks for your refund.

Same day cancellations will be charged for entire stay.

Please Note – All rental cabins are non-smoking rooms.  NO PETS are allowed in the cabins at any time.  You are required to clean all of your used dishes before checkout.  You are not required to pay a damage deposit on the cabin rental.  However, upon your checking-out there will be an inventory of the cabin taken to ensure all of the items remain in the cabin that were present upon before your checking in.  Any missing or damaged items, or damage to the cabin will be charged to your credit card.  You will be notified via email or regular mail of the items you are being charged for.  By checking into the cabin you agree to these terms and conditions.
