We will make every attempt to honor site requests, but we will never guarantee them.

Cancellations

A fee of $25 per site will be charged for ALL cancellations. Less than two weeks notice. No refunds will be given once site is occupied, a stay is shortened, or terminated.

Late Fees

A late fee of $10 per day will be charged after the 5th of the month unless arrangements have been made with the office in advance for a late payment.

Price Break

Stays of five months or longer will remain at $400 per month during the high season of January, February and March. To receive discount stay must be paid in full or two payments (three months, then two, not monthly).

Extra Fees

Additional people over two - $3 per day / $15 per week.

Pets - 1 pet included. 2 or more (upon management approval) - $1 each per day / $5 each per week. No aggressive breeds. Clean up and leashes required at ALL TIMES. DO NOT leave pets unattended. Management reserves the right to determine unsafe conditions and removal.

Electric - 18 cents per KH. If meter failure occurs, your daily average will be used to approximate your bill.

Vehicles - All vehicles will obey park speed limit of 5MPH. All vehicles are subject to management approval. $2.00 water fee to wash vehicle. RV's may be washed in your site by an outside detail service only unless approved by management.

Overnight Guests - Please check in with the office.

Security

No trespassing allowed on other guests' sites without permission from that guest. Please respect others' privacy and stay on roads and walkways. No dogs allowed on other guests' sites without permission from that guest.
