There is a $25 cancellation fee for every cancelled reservation. Reservations that are cancelled less than two weeks from the reservation date will not be refunded.  Please allow two to three weeks for your refund.

Prospector RV Resort was purchased in 2006 by Warren & RoGene Clark and Mike & Rene Johnston.  Warren & RoGene live primarily live in Upland California where they operate their carpet store. (www.warrenclarkscustomcarpets.com). Mike & Rene currently live in Canon City Colorado where they own and operate the Colorado Campground.    

The owners and staff at Prospectors RV Resort strive everyday to make your stay fun and enjoyable.
